STEPtember Challenge FAQ
We are super excited about this challenge! There are a couple tech issues we have been experiencing and hope to cover all your questions here...
1. Join myvirtualmission.com
If you registered on or before 9/1/2020 (noon) you should have received an email with a link to join the STEPtember Challenge from us around 4pm of 9/1/2020.
The email subject line should read: "STEPtember Challenge! - Register with MyVirtualMission"
There is a link in the email to join the challenge. You may want to download the "myvirtualmission" app beforehand which looks like this...

2. Sync Your Device To Log Your Steps
If you have a device that tracks your steps it will likely be able to sync directly to MyVirtualMission.
3. Make Sure You Are NOT Double Logging Your Activity
We get a spreadsheet with all activity on our end. We have noticed a common problem (mostly with Apple) where activity is being logged twice.

Please check to see if you are experiencing this issue:
1. Click on PROGRESS at the bottom of your app
2. Scroll to the bottom to see recent activity.
3. If something has been logged as a duplicate delete it by pressing the small "x" at the top right of the activity.

To make sure it is not happening again go to your connected devices and "Manage Connection" to see if multiple devices are tracking the same activity.

Typically this has been happening with iPhone and Apple Watch recording the activity twice.
